Trev and I have been very busy lately; we’ve just moved our home to a new and bigger beach, we’re setting up our first store, I’m learning sculpties and Blender, Trev is churning out some really good furniture…. the list goes on…:) But hey, I’m not complaining – loving every minute! Of course, my looks of late are comfortable and beachy. I found myself liking the baby doll top-and-shorts/capris combination a lot; and here are two of my favorites.
G.L.A.M.

Nice bermuda length shorts in green with lots of lovely details. Accenting colour is pink, which the girly-girl in all of us just adore! Paired with simple sling-backs (almost flip-flops) gives it the right casual look.
Last Call

This is one is a bit more…. je ne sais quoi… that special little something that Ginny Talamasca always manages to infuse into her outfits — and that I’m utterly addicted too! Accents are red in this one so my shoes follow suit with strappy red sandals. I opted for cute pigges in order to keep the look daytime and girly.

Make-up is rosy and red, respectively, with shimmery, summery eyes.

How can you not love the good old jeans and t-shirt? Especially when the jeans and the T-shirt are as lovely as these.

My favorite SL jeans right now are without a doubt these skinny ones from LF designs, with the fab sculptie leg prims. I’m so tired of bell bottoms and flared trousers – give me more skinny!
. The Tee is classic Canimal – great texturing with a sense of humour. Matched it all with my beloved Lola platforms, colourful bangles and huge funky hoops.

Being the glam addict that I am, I couldn’t resist finishing off the look with some gorgeous hair and a smoky eyes-bare lip combo make-up. Product details below the cut.

I’m going to spend this Sunday being lazy at home with my man Trev. Just gonna potter around, lie on our beach and maybe plant a few flowers.

Comfort is what I’m looking for and this lovely boho-style dress from Canimal fits the bill perfectly — without sacrificing on style. I slipped on a pair of flat leather sandals and accessorized with brown-reddish leather earrings and bracelets (picking up on those colours in the dress).

Hair is gathered in a loose and windswept pony. A bit of lipstick is still needed as a girl wants to look good for her man. Product details below the cut.

It’s a sizziling summer’s day and you’re heading out for some shopping.

Trendy high-waisted shorts paired with strappy sandals and plenty of gold jewelry make it glam enough to get you respect and attention from snooty boutique assistants. Adding a basic tank and a large bag keeps the look cool and daytime.

Hair is chic and well coiffed. Shimmery eyelids and peachy lips (with matching nails) for a summer look. Product info below the cut.

A shirt dress should be a staple in any well-dressed av’s inventory. It’s incredibly easy to wear and it’s useful for many looks and occasions. I’m wearing the Agent13 dress by Truth in these pics.
Casual Everyday

For an easy casual look I’ve simply paired it with some trendy black boots and silver or platinum jewelry. I went with big delicious hair as I find it very difficult not to add a hint of glam to my looks :) .
Dark Side

For something a little different I decided to take the dress into darker territory. Fishnets, kinky boots, leather belts and heavier jewelry did that for me. Not to mention the gorgeous make-up! To balance it all out a little, I went with perky piggies on top.

Rich make-up for the everyday look and dramatic and over the top eyes for the dark look. Product details below the cut.

There is something very appealing about jumpsuits and I’m a big fan. I especially like to wear them whilst building or gardening or for any other kind of physical work.

This first one is cute and summery and I paired it with white boots, brown leather accessories and a chic little scarf for a sturdy look.

This one has long legs but actually looks a little sexier. The same leather accessories and scarf work here too; I just changed the boots to brown. Cute piggies add some playfulness.

Burgundy lush lips pick up on the brown details in the looks and adds a hint of glam. Product info below the cut.

So you had a great weekend, you partied, socialised and flirted. Now it’s Sunday and time for a gossip session with the girlsfriends: “did he call?”, “did you see what Lucy got up to!”, “you won’t believe what I heard…” You all know how it goes
. As it’s Sunday, you can’t be bothered to put on make-up or even to brush your hair, so you reach for every girl’s must-have saviours: baseball cap and sunglasses.

You throw on a little jeans skirt and layered tank-tops. Add the hip velvet gloves just in case it gets a bit chilly. Finish off with comfy platform wedges and you are done!

Nude glossy lips is all thats needed. Product info below the cut.

Here are a couple of every day casual looks based around jeans and jackets.

The first one is the slightly sexier look. I’ve got a black leather jacket and black boots paired with ripped jeans. The teal silk camisole adds a bit of luxury.

The second one is the more casual look. Dark jeans paired with sporty red leather jacket and matching double layer of tanks. Sexy heels keep it from looking too causal.

For both looks I went with smoky eyes and bare lips together with big hair (more product details below the cut).

This was a lucky day for me! First off the very generous Elika Tiramisu of ETD gave away a willow pack of her newly re-textured Alexandra III (previously The Pullback II) to her update group – I just love it! Next, there was a buy-one-get-one-free sale at the Oh! What a Neat Boutique (OWNB)! How I love a good sale!

My best find at the OWNB sale was definitely this Future Vintage Dress, which I thought went well with the new EDT hair. However, I’m not sure how to classify this look… is it causal? Chic? A bit boho? I’m gonna have to leave that up to you. All I can say is that I would wear this daytime… perhaps on a shopping spree.

At heart I’m a jeans girl, like I’m sure many of you are too. You just can’t go wrong with a good pair of denims.

Here I’ve paired dark and slightly ripped jeans from Last Call with a silky camisole from Nevermore Studios for an effortless sexy look.
And in this one, I’ve gone for lighter jeans from Nyte’N'Day together with top and white jacket from Last Call, for a more covered-up version.

I’m afraid I couldn’t help myself, I just had to glam it up with some big hair and glittery shoes….But I did keep the make-up reasonably sober. Silver jewelry from Yummy (necklace) and Reminisce (bangles). Shoes from X3D.
